I’ve earned many honors during my real estate career. Included among these are the Orlando Sentinel’s list of Hot 100 Realtors, the Orlando Sentinel’s Realtor Hall of Fame, multiple years of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association Top Producer Award. But the honor I appreciate most are the many repeat customers that have used my services time and time again and have referred other customers to me.
If you are looking to buy or sell real estate and would like a Realtor with the characteristics I've described, I invite you to call me at 407-221-4280.

Keene’s Pointe is a child friendly community and features many benefits for families. It’s safe and the safety is enhanced by the fact there are two gates that are manned 24/7 and a security car which patrols the community. There are four play grounds where children and parents can go to swing, slide or play ball. There’s an outdoor basketball court and a non- motorized boat ramp where canoes, kayaks or small boats can be launched. Additionally there is a community boat ramp where ski boats and jet skis can be launched onto Lake Burden, a beautiful, clear water, sand bottom lake. Just outside the front gates is R.D. Keene Park which features several soccer fields and access to the Butler Chain of Lakes. Add in two viewing/fishing docks, an open air pavilion complete with picnic tables and grills and you begin to get a picture of why Keene’s Pointe has been the most successful, upscale community in Central Florida.
