Keene's Pointe continues to experience favorable new home construction. With 13 custom homes under construction and two recently completed, this exclusive Windermere community is bucking the trend that other upscale communities in Central Florida are experiencing. While 15 homes may not seem like a lot to some, when you consider that these homes represent approximately $35,000,000 in sales volume then you might understand why Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Robert Hennen feels pretty good about his building and sales team. For those who want a new home, there are still opportunities in Keene's Pointe. Centerline Homes and Sauerwine Homes are focusing on building out The Gardens, Keene's Pointe's newest and last village. With either of these builders, a new home customer could select a home plan or buy an existing inventory home. While inventory is limited, there are currently two homes available in the Gardens starting at $749,900. There are approximately 40 home sites available in the Gardens and customers who select their home site and home plan could reasonably expect to be in their new home within six months of the start of construction. In speaking with the management of these two builders, they feel they will build out The Gardens within approximately two years.
